Most of the El Cajon community is aware of the August 27, 2013 commercial fire that nearly destroyed a critical part of the Cottonwood Electric Cart Service facility.
At approximately 4:30 A.M. our Customer Service Center was severely damaged but our primary building, housing our sales department, vehicle showroom, parts department and executive offices, fortunately escaped any serious damage and have been fully operational since the fire.
To continue serving our valued customers needing repairs or other vehicle services we have opened a temporary repair facility located at: 1450 Hill St. El Cajon. CA 92020. In addition, we are still providing cart repairs and other basic services to our current and new customers at business or home locations with our mobile service units operating throughout all of San Diego County.
The incredible outpouring of offers of assistance and support from our valued customers, cart and parts vendors and long time company friends is very much appreciated. Their treasured friendship and help during a time of need will have us 100% operational in a very short time. Thank you!
In closing, we especially wish to thank the El Cajon Police Department and Heartland Fire and Rescue Fire Chief, Rick Sitta and Deputy Fire Marshal, Adam Beardsley, and all of the firefighters from Santee, Lakeside and La Mesa areas for their incredible response time and related services in our time of need. Without their professional and skilled assistance, damage to our business would have been much, much greater. We Thank You All.
